Registration Information

For the 2013 season, GHSC has initiated an on-line registration process. As this is our first year utilizing such a system (despite our best efforts), there may be some kinks to work out. We appreciate your patience and expect this system to be more convenient for everyone. If at any time during the process you require assistance, please contact our registrars.

For those of you who do not have access to a computer, we will be offering an in-person registration night on April 30th at the Robbie Waters Library (7335 Gloria Drive) from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Volunteers with computers will be on hand to assist you with registration. If you do not wish to use a credit card to pay your fees, you may also print out the necessary forms and bring them with your check to the in person registration night. The CYSA (our governing body), no longer requires a wet signature in blue ink on their forms. Please check the box noting that you approve their policy and that will suffice.

Please do not mail the entire registration packet to the GHSC. We are not accepting registration via US Mail.

Registration Fees (From March 25th to May 15th 2013):

U6: $70

U8 – U10: $105 (Does not include referee fees)

U12-U19: $120 (Includes referee fees)

Please note that these prices are the same as the regular prices last season. This year we are not offering any early bird specials. Uniform use is included in the cost.

Registrations received from May 16th – May 25th are subject to a $30 surcharge per child.

Please also note that we have changed our Volunteer Policy for this season. Due to the constraints of the on-line registration process, we had to make the volunteer fee and the volunteer donation the same amount. Therefore, for the 2013 season, both the fee and the donation will be $50. If you choose to volunteer with the GHSC, you may earn your entire $50 back. Prior to Registration, please determine the appropriate age group for your child based on their age as of July 31st, 2013. Registration is open to all youth who are at least 4 years old by July 31, 2013 and younger than 19 years old on July 31, 2013. There are NO exceptions to this age rule. Please consult the Age Matrix if you have questions regarding the proper age group.
