For the 2017 season, GHSC is continuing an on-line registration process. Registration will begin on April 1 and will be conducted only on-line, with NO paper being accepted via mail or in person. Cal North adopted a new registration platform, and as with any computer program (despite our best efforts), there may be some kinks to work out. We appreciate your patience. The good news is that your member account information from last year is available. Your username is the same as before. Once you get to the registration login screen, you will click on Forgot Password link to retrieve a temporary password.
*URGENT* The program does not currently require you to upload photos and birth certificates to complete registration. EACH player must have a current photo (head shot; no sunglasses or hats – think school photo). If it is the player’s first season with GHSC, a birth certificate must also be uploaded. If you have any problems with these uploads, or anything else during the registration process, please email our registrar, Michelle, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*IMPORTANT* The new program does not currently allow us to separate out the $50 volunteer fee per family. The $50 is added to the registration fee of the first player in each family. The second player in the family, as well as all subsequent players in the family, have a discount code built in so that each family only pays one $50 fee. As always, the fee is refundable upon completion of a GHSC approved volunteer job.

Registrations received from May 16th – May 25th are subject to a $30 surcharge per child.
We have a new Volunteer Policy beginning this season. However, for the 2017 season, both the fee and the donation will still be $50. If you choose to volunteer with the GHSC, you may earn your entire $50 back. Please see the Volunteer Policy page for further information.
IMPORTANT: GHSC will be following the USSF Mandates regarding birth year registration. The formula to determine age group is as follows: 2018 (considered to be the end of our upcoming season) minus your child’s birth year equals age group. For example, 2018-2010=U8. Please consult the Age Matrix if you have questions regarding the proper age group.
REFUND POLICY – Registered players may withdraw from GHSC at any point during the season; however, full refunds are only offered until August 1. From August 2 to August 17, partial refunds are available consisting of half of the amount of the player’s registration fee and the full amount of the volunteer fee. From August 18 on, there will be no refund of registration or volunteer fees (except upon completion of volunteer commitment). Late fees are non-refundable.
