U14/16/19 Program

U14, U16 and U19 teams play in the NorCal Super Rec League. The Super Rec League is a large, regional league dedicated to recreational clubs and managed by NorCal Premier Soccer (NCPS). NCPS is a highly regarded competitive soccer organization, now offering its expertise and passion to recreational clubs. The league is comprised of teams from a large regional area, allowing for a wide variety of competitors, well-balanced divisions and reasonable travel.

In addition to League games, the NorCal Super Rec League offers a post-season Super Rec Cup for any interested U10-U19 Recreational Teams. The Super Rec Cup draws teams from across Northern California, and is an opportunity for recreational teams to compete in a competitive tournament format.

This league represents a huge step forward, for the GHSC U14-U19 teams and GHSC is delighted that league partners Land Park, East Sac, River Park, Natomas Youth Soccer League, Delta United of Clarksburg and Fair Oaks Soccer are among the many clubs who participate in the NCPS Super Rec League.

The NorCal Super Rec League is dedicated to maintaining a positive playing environment for all participants. There is a zero tolerance policy for any verbal or physical abuse by any player, coach, spectator or official.

To avoid conflict with high school soccer, the U16-U19 playing season begins and ends earlier than the other GHSC Recreational age groups. 2023 start date is August 19 and last games are November 4.
